KATA service fee revision!

  REVISION OF SERVICE FEE

The Chairperson and Executive Committee of the Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA) wishes to notify its members of a revised minimum recommended Service fees structure to be effected from April 1, 2012.

 KATA and its members have for the past five years maintained fees at the same levels as those charged in May 2007. Despite having taken steps to achieve functional efficiencies and reduce expenditures, the Members must now increase fees to fund their ever raising operational needs. The National Carrier has been consulted and will be raising its fees in tandem with KATA.

 The Fees will take effect on 1st April 2012. Members are advised to communicate the same to their clients.
