1. To mediate and articulate members needs to Airlines, IATA, GDS’s and Government
2. To promote the KATA Brand as a symbol of trust, consistent quality and lasting value
3. To inform and cushion members from potential business risk and facilitate access to risk and financial management services
4. To identify opportunities and business trends that will grow members businesses
5. To ensure KATA’s representativeness, financial sustainability, legitimacy and capacity building
6. To provide guidelines on the highest code of ethical and professional Standards
7. To facilitate access to training for its’ members in a way that enhances and promotes professional Standards
