To create and maintain the highest possible standard of integrity amongst Members of KATA in their dealings with Consumers, their principals and each other

Objectives

The objectives of KATA are:

1. To promote and protect the interests of KATA and its members
2. To communicate the concerns of its members and to lobby government, public and private sector for actions that address the same.
3. To act of on behalf of its members in discussions and negotiations on industry specific issues.
4. To continuously review and appraise the needs of its Members so as to provide them with meaningful services and benefits;
5. .To promote the highest code of ethical and professional Standards of its members in their dealings with consumers and each other.
6. To facilitate access to innovative and Industry driven financial and risk management services
7. To facilitate access to training, information and promotional materials for its members in a way that promotes their effective participation in the Industry.
8. To network with other bodies or organisations with similar business at both a national and international level, and to leverage the relationships arising out of these alignments for the benefit of its members.
9. To continuously create awareness of the KATA brand and value
